Biography
Mr. Hashim has represented members of diverse communities throughout Northern California since his admission to the State Bar of California in 2005. Since taking the attorney’s oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the State of California, Mr. Hashim has represented clients in all Bay Area counties, in both State and Federal courts, in the areas of criminal defense, civil rights, employment litigation, civil defense, and administrative law, and has been on the front lines of pressing issues in these evolving areas of the law, including an appellate win in the Supreme Court of California related to medical marijuana under the Compassionate Use Act and Medical Marijuana Program Act.
Mr. Hashim has held law related positions with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, the San Francisco 49ers, and Davez J. Scotch, LLC. Prior to earning his law degree from the University of San Francisco Mr. Hashim attended Amherst College, in Amherst, Massachusetts.
