Rebecca Kailani Feigelson

I was in a bad situation and after having talked with four defence attorneys, I chose Rebecca to represent me. I am so glad I did..... When faced with a completely unexpected situation in which my daughter was cited for a misdemeanor, we were at a loss as to who to contact to help. In a true "divine intervention", Rebecca came to our aid. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the bureaucracy, she was so ca...lming and reassuring that everything would be fine. She is attentive, follows up exactly as she says she will and is obviously dedicated to her clients. She single-handedly restored my faith in attorneys!!!

What's different about Rebecca is she will be extremely responsive via iPhone, gmail, etc., as she is tech-savvy and able to multi-task, and actually gives you her direct cell phone number. She actually cares about each of her individual clients' well-being and puts her best efforts forward when deal...ing with the details. She is charismatic and has fantastic people skills, which helps when negotiating with the attorneys and having favorable interactions with the judge at the SF court. I REALLY don't know what I would have done without Rebecca's help and guidance throughout my whole situation. I was in pretty big trouble when I got into an unfortunate accident, with a history of 1st out-of-state DUI 5 years ago, and hence, facing a 2nd DUI charge which is pretty serious. I was pretty much in a state of pure panic and anxiety, trying to find a lawyer as fast as possible to help me navigate the law system, in the midst of everything else that was going on. Basically came upon Rebecca through the internet, but when I gave her a call instantly I got a good feeling, as she was prompt and responsive (other lawyers were hard to get a hold of directly), gave me quick advice on the phone as to what to do next, even before I told her I wanted to hire her. She put me at ease SO much, and responded to my every question, email, phone call, text, from start to finish. She knows what she's doing and will fight for her clients and will be there for them. You really can't say that for all other lawyers. In the end because of her perseverance, my first DUI got dismissed, and instead of doing time in jail which is what would technically is supposed to have happened I ended up with 12 days of community service. She didn't even charge me what I should have really paid with my amended complaint, which was significant because my case dragged out for almost a year. THANKS REBECCA!

Needless to say, after my arrest for a DUI in February of 2014, I was depressed, confused and clueless. After reading through some reviews for attorneys, I stumbled upon Ms. Feigelson's reviews and was quite impressed, not by the credentials - lots of lawyers have great credentials, but by her client... testimonials on how she gave full attention to their cases. After researching a couple more law firms (in some I did not get past talking to the executive assistant) I decided to hire Ms. Feigelson. I am so glad I did. She calmed me down, explained the process and assured that she will get the best outcome possible. Throughout the process, she kept me well informed. She handled the DMV as well as court hearings and was super responsive to my queries thru email, even on weekends. She got my charges reduced to a Wet Reckless. Ideally you don't want to get a DUI, but if you do, you definitely want an attorney like Ms. Feigelson to get the best possible outcome.

Rebecca Feigelson has a passion for law and treated my case like she really cared about the outcome. She was aggressive and extremely competent. My other lawyer was just going through the motions to get paid and I would have had a poor outcome if I had stayed with him. Rebecca did a great job for me ...and I'm so glad I found here when I did.
