I've had the honor and pleasure of having Rebecca as my lawyer for a possible Marijuana DUI case. I am a law-abiding, career-focused professional who happened to just be in the wrong place at the wrong time. This was my first offense for anything ever in my life, and I was extremely worried and reall...y lost on how the legal system made what felt like such a bad person out of me with not much options but to face the consequences, all for a charge that at the very least stood on very shaky ground. When faced with a completely unexpected situation in which my daughter was cited for a misdemeanor, we were at a loss as to who to contact to help. Needless to say, after my arrest for a DUI in February of 2014, I was depressed, confused and clueless. She handled the DMV as well as court hearings and was super responsive to my queries thru email, even on weekends. She got my charges reduced to a Wet Reckless. Ideally you don't want to get a DUI, but if you do, you definitely want an attorney like Ms. Feigelson to get the best possible outcome.
