Shannon was hired to help resolve a private school matter involving my 13 year old daughter, other parent was being petty and refused to even discuss the matter! They hired a " big name law firm". After shannon reviewed the facts she quickly formulated a plan. She even went so far as to unearth so...me not so conveinent information to present to the judge on the day of the hearing. Needless to say, we never appeared before a Judge that day at one point it seemed the opposing party was about to have a mini melt down! He had two big-shot attorneys! In a matter of a couple of hours that day my ex caved in completely!!! If Shannon did not have the experience and confidence she demonstrated that day I am certain things would have gone much different. On a side note, Shannon seemed to be very well known around the Family Law Courthouse. Its obvious and clear that she is very experienced with difficult parties. My daughter is now thriving in the school we both knew she should be attending! Thank you again for the spectacular and efficient work! Even her hourly rate was extremely reasonable!

Shannon possesses all these attributes as a Family Court lawyer. In all the direct and indirect interacti...ons I had with her and her team, they were consistently courteous, straight to the fact, and effective. As her client, I trusted her completely and could concentrate to do my part which was to provide her all the information she needed in a timely manner so that she could perform her part well. I had never used a lawyer before and I had a consult with 3 other lawyers before choosing Shannon. I was terrified about going through a divorce and my soon to be ex-husband could out spend me (20 fold) and was very vindictive. My husband came in with a hard talking bully attorney with every dirty tr...ick in the book and I thought I was doomed. Shannon was super calm and didn't back down. She held firm and basically called this other lawyers bull in lawyer terms. I was hoping she knew what she was talking about or I was in trouble. She would reassure me and calm me down when I would call her office after my ex-husband and his lawyer's threats. In the end, she was right. I got out of my divorce in a good position and better than I had hoped. And Shannon was clearly not all about money because she was very fair and worked with me to pay her.

I learn that if you want a least 50% honest attorneys find someone of your own kind (race) or will end up losing a case and money ( even if you have all the evidence to win ). Had all the evidence to win a case but instead she did whatever the other side asked her to. I spoke with other attorneys th...ey've told me she could done more for me instead of asking me to agreeing with eve thing the other side asked her to. She does have a very nice office!

I have used Law Offices of Shannon Stein on and off during the last 6 years, and I recommended Shannon to some of my friends. So far I have not lost any of the friends because I have recommended her to them. Shannon’s most important strength is her capability to “feel” the judge’s mood and intervene ...timely to put the case back on track when the other party uses false statements to tilt unfairly the course of the trial in their favor.
