Mercy helped me obtain my work permit 2 years ago, this time she helped me renew it. Told me from the beginning about how much Time & Money it would take for a Fiance Visa (K1) from Mexico to go through. When we needed her most was when we were in Ciudad Juarez & needed paperwork, she came through everytime. Bottom line we got the green light for the K1 Visa because of her. Withou...t her I wouldn't of had the patience to do this by myself. Waiting is the hardest part & there is plenty of that , but when you know it upfront it's a little more tolerable. I was looking for a lawyer so I went on a search for one. In the end I had a choice of 3 of them but what ended me choosing Mercy was how informed she was on my type of case compared to the other lawyers who instead sent their paralegals to sort out my case. The other paralegals told me things like "...well I'm not sure , let me call my partner" or "yeah I think" we can do that.". Something that I really didn't want to hear. So when I went with Mercy I could totally see the differance. I explained my case to Mercy and right away explained to me all the steps and what exactly would happen. I got all my questions answered and my papers put together to be sent out. I also liked the way she worked because she put together my file a certain way so the office reviving it could just flip through and check. I think she did everything in a timely matter and I especially like that ahem personally handles everything so you know that those years of experience are going to be used with you. And even still when we had a price miscommunication she was really understanding and ended up working something out. Over all having Mercy as a lawyer gave me peace of mind because it was really easy to tell that she knew how to handle my type of case. The only downside was that I lived about a hour away from her office but even then she fixed it up so that I would only have to come a couple times . but I think it was way worth it because my case got approved and I could not be anymore happier!!
