I have been working with the offices of Mercy Sequeira for over ten years. Mercy was the second lawyer I hired and needles to say my first experience with another immigration attorney was not so good. I think I had one of the toughest cases to pursue: EB1 category: extraordinary athlete (self petition). I had good qualifications and knew I could get my petition approved - I... just needed someone VERY professional and knowledgeable to help me build my case strong. Mercy was thorough in explaining my case in the greatest detail. I also appreciated that she worked on my case herself, it does make a big difference at the end. My first attorney helped me get only the Denial of my petition which was very heartbreaking. His work was very confusing and sloppy. Then Mercy came along.
