I was referred to Mercy by a friend and noticed she was well rated by her clients in Avvo.com. It was a status adjustment case and and I explained my situation through email. She got back to me quickly. We had a few back and forth emails, and one in person meeting. Mercy was very clear about what doc...uments were necessary for my application. She also had a reasonable attorney fees. My case got through quickly and doing business with Mercy was a nice experience. After going through the process, I realize why her clients give her high rating consistently.

I worked with Mercy since 2004. She represented me and my family for citizenship and green card applications. She represented co-workers in H1B and green card applications. Throughout my interaction with Mercy, she was always the consummate professional with the human touch. All her work was succe...ssful personal or business. She was always there to answer questions, provided prompt status information and was very supportive with INS interviews. I recommend Mercy very highly.

I utilized Mercy for some consultation for some immigration questions and options (specifically H1B). I met Mercy at her office and she was helpful to offer her opinion. Mercy was upfront with the fact she is more familiar with family based immigration rather than employment based issues, but her kn...owledge was still sufficient for general discussion. I had a below average experience with getting any further assistance from Mercy. While Mercy took down my case number provided by my insurance company, I reached out about 3 times for a phone consultation and was unable to schedule an appointment or reach her. All other lawyers I've dealt with have been outstanding in our sessions and very responsive to setting up appointments. Mercy unfortunately was neither of these as compared to other lawyers.
