Mercy has been my husband's primary go-to immigration lawyer for almost a decade. When I approached Mercy for my H4 RFE (extraordinary delay in filing), she offered a very smart solution and had a very thorough approach to how we should respond to it. She was very systematic in her research of how to... deal with my case. In the end, she was able to draft up the response to my rfe in just a couple of days and my case was approved! I utilized Mercy for some consultation for some immigration questions and options (specifically H1B). I met Mercy at her office and she was helpful to offer her opinion. Mercy was upfront with the fact she is more familiar with family based immigration rather than employment based issues, but her kn...owledge was still sufficient for general discussion. I had a below average experience with getting any further assistance from Mercy. While Mercy took down my case number provided by my insurance company, I reached out about 3 times for a phone consultation and was unable to schedule an appointment or reach her. All other lawyers I've dealt with have been outstanding in our sessions and very responsive to setting up appointments. Mercy unfortunately was neither of these as compared to other lawyers.
