Biography
Rolf Kruger is certified by the State Bar of California as a legal specialist in the area of family law and is the most senior partner of the firm.
Because of the firm's commitment to excellence, the firm has been awarded the highest rating available to lawyers: Martindale-Hubbell-AV-Pre-eminent Status. Further, Mr. Kruger is consistently ranked as a SuperLawyer™ for Northern California which is a distinction reserved for the top 5% of attorneys in California. 2020 marked the 12th year as a named Superlawyer(tm). In 2014, he was ranked by Reuters in the TOP 100 of all attorneys in California over all practice areas. He was appointed by the Board of Governors for the California State Bar as a Commissioner for the Family Law Advisory Commission (FLAC) in 2010. In 2012, he became vice chair of FLAC and in 2013, he became the chair. He became chair of the board in 2014 for two years.
Mr. Kruger specializes in high-asset cases, representing venture capitalists, business owners, CEOs and other executives of domestic and international companies, along with their respective spouses. Mr. Kruger obtained a degree in Finance from Santa Clara. He remains abreast on the latest strategies and investments, including venture funds, private placements, and crypto currencies (eg bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, and other alt coins) which helps aid in the discovery, analysis and division of assets.
Mr. Kruger graduated from Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1994, earning High Honors in Evidence and Payment Systems. While attending law school, he also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the university's Center for Dispute Resolution at the College of Law, rated among the top five programs of its kind in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
Mr. Kruger received his Bachelor of Science in finance in commerce from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. While attending SCU, he was recognized by the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma.

Well done
Rolf did a great job for me on a short fuse, difficult divorce child custody issue, that I got myself into. He was basically put in a position of damage control and he saved me from going completely under. Smart efficient and thoughtful.
