My experience with Lawyer Andy was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. His website and reception explicitly advertised Mandarin language ability, which was a key reason I contacted him. However, it turns out he does not actually speak Mandarin. To make matters worse, during a phone call two y...ears ago, he was shockingly rude, aggressive, and condescending. It's clear that Andy prioritizes anything but their clients. If you are seeking competent, compassionate, and responsive legal representation, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My experience was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
