Kerry Robin Eskenas Schlossberg

Eskenas Legal Services offers affordable representation in a variety of areas of civil law including, but not limited to, corporate law, securities law, contract law, trademark law, copyright law, landlord/tenant law, property law, and small claims.  Ms. Schlossberg is experienced in the areas of personal injury law, property law, landlord/tenant law, elder law, bankruptcy law, employment law, and civil rights.  In Tri-City Healthcare District v. Sterling, she was second chair at trial and helped her client to prevail against eight requests for civil restraining orders.  She has solid experience in drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents throughout the civil litigation process.   

Ms. Schlossberg graduated with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in May of 2010.  The international law program at McGeorge School of Law was ranked #15 in the nation while she was a law student, and she received an International Legal Studies Certificate upon graduation.

As a law student, Ms. Schlossberg completed Trial Advocacy, Appellate Advocacy, and Advanced Legal Research courses.  She worked independently as a Research Assistant for one of her law professors, and also worked at two legal clinics.  At Legal Services of Northern California, she advised low-income tenants of their housing rights.  At the Senior Legal Hotline, she conducted research and advised California's senior citizens about a variety of civil issues.  At McGeorge School of Law, she assisted immigrants in filling out their citizenship applications at the annual Citizenship Fair.  She also participated in an international study summer program in Salzburg, Austria, during which she completed a course on Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Schlossberg was involved in a wide array of activities such as broadcasting, journalism, and organizing events for a counterterrorism fellowship program.  She graduated with distinction from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2006.
