Medical-legal case management by Mr. Mike Ball

He immediately took charge of the situation, outlining the key legal issues, his past experience with similar cases, and his step by step plan of defense, but he always asked for my opinion after describing options and likely outcomes. He made me feel that I was in good hands but at the same time I... knew I had substantial control of my case. He made himself available to me even after office hours, especially when I was under stress. His staff was always very professional, efficient, and kind. I was able to continue to function during the entire process because of the confidence I had that the problem was under control and would be resolved to my satisfaction. He was willing to spend as much time as I needed to ensure that I understood the choices that I had and the various outcomes connected with them. I really felt that he wanted to obtain the very best outcome for me.
