Fernando Tafoya

I retained Mr. Tafoya on Sept of 2015 regarding a work injury. Mr. Tafoya and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable from day 1. They explained the delicate workers compensation process perfectly. I was briefed on how the process was going to go, and my expectations were more than met. Before... going to Tafoya & Associates I saw 2 other workers comp attorneys that were not very helpful. When I settled my case with Mr. Tafoya, I was also offered schooling to learn new skills, which was a plus. I highly recommend this firm for your workers compensation and personal injury needs.

After suffering a workers' compensation/personal injury accident in 2010, I retained Fernando Tafoya as my attorney. Fernando agreed to represent me and informed me of the many challenges involved with the personal injury part of the case against the company where I was injured because the company fi...led for bankruptcy after they had received my claim. Fernando was extremely well versed in the laws surrounding this type of claim and was able to deal effectively with the insurance companies on my behalf. He worked extremely hard and really showed his expertise. Fernando was able to collect on the claim even when the company tried to get rid of the case by filing for bankruptcy. Fernando was able to resolve my case because of his legal knowledge and negotiating skills. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Fernando as a legal counsel to others and would not hesitate to retain him again if the need ever arose.

I worked with this attorney and his associates for more than a year on a pending case, and the communication was very poor, as I was not informed on information that I should have received in a timely manner. I had a direct connection with this attorney he and his associates needed my input, but when... it came time for the outcome-there was a sudden avoidance of their communication. I would not recommend this person, and his associates to anyone.
