Roger and the team at Bonakdar Law firm went above and beyond to help me get the medical care and compensation I deserved after being involved in a car accident. They set clear expectations up front and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Lisa was amazing at getting back to all of m...y emails in a timely manner. Roger really goes to bat for his clients and will make sure he gets you the best deal possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to represent me. I highly recommend Roger and his team! Honest & Professional

My car accident occurred in December 2019 and my case concluded around mid-September 2020. Mid October I received my settlement. I was rear-ended at a red light. My outcome consisted of my insurance company covering the hospital medical bills and not seeking reimbursement, my health insurance covered... the remaining medical & hospital bills, and the insurance company settled on a pain & suffering amount. I called, made an appointment, and met with paralegal Lisa Castillo and my attorney Roger Bonakdar. They were upfront about their % fee after a settlement could possibly be awarded, upfront about possible time frames of how long it could take, and upfront about having knowledge and experience dealing with the other party at-fault's insurance company (Kemper). As someone who understands these types of situations can take a while between insurance Companies, medical companies, etc. I did not focus on the waiting period. You just can't do that in these types of situations. I provided the requested documents to my attorney to be sure everything was organized and let them do their work. They kept me updated throughout the entire process at key milestone points. When we got to our first offer, they gave me their recommendation. I agreed with their recommendation and felt it was fair. They counter-offered with the at-fault insurance company. Eventually, we settled on an amount. I originally found them on Yelp and they were conveniently located where I used to work so this helped matters for me. I'm happy that they were there for me. When I had questions about certain phases through the process Lisa was kind enough to help me understand. I highly recommend this law firm. Thank you!

Great Lawyer

Wonderful people who did a wonderful job with my accident case. Answered all my questions and put me at ease with his ability to handle my case. If I ever need a lawyer in California again I will be calling on him. His staff is friendly and always willing to help with anything.

Great Attorney!

From the beginning, Roger Bonakdar and his office have been professional and honest. I retained Roger Bonakdar because of recommendations by other attorneys in Fresno County. From day one, I appreciated the prompt responses to my inquiries and the honest legal opinions. When I first got into the car ...accident, the process dealing with the car insurance company directly was VERY overwhelming, and as soon as I retained Roger for my car accident case, I was allowed to focus back on my busy life and treating for my injuries -- letting Roger and his office deal with the parameters of the case. Just always remember that the car accident claim process takes time and patience (the insurance company will delay and play games), but when/if you retain Roger Bonakdar and his office, you WILL notice why other attorneys in Fresno County HIGHLY recommend him.
