My practice is 100% criminal defense (including juvenile criminal defense). It's all I do because I want to be the best and focusing on one type of law is how I do it. Even before I became an attorney, I worked for a criminal defense lawyer. As a law student, I worked on "special circumstances" murder trials and even argued a criminal case before the Fifth Appellate District Court.
I have experience with cases involving murder, assault, attempted murder, domestic violence, sex and drug cases. I also handle more than a few juvenile court cases, as well.
Most of my cases are in the Fresno County Superior Court, but I also cover state court cases in Tulare County, Kings County, Merced County, Madera County, as well as pretty much anywhere in California you need me. I am also admitted to practice in the Eastern District (federal) Court for the State of California and the Northern District (federal) Court for the State of California.

Replied last April 01, 2012I am totally appreciative of this comment. At the same time, this was kind of a "one off" thing, in that I normally won't get involved in Vehicle Code issues. This individual was being threatened by an out-of-control CHP officer, who rightly should have his badge taken from him. That's what caused me to take the case. Normally, a Vehicle Code issue is not significant enough to justify the cost of hiring me. Again, it was this out-of-control officer who caused me to take an interest in this.
