Jennifer Morrison likes to do things her way. She doesn’t consider options if it’s not her idea. I hired her thinking she would know best. I wanted to dispute the financial support, but she chose to focus on custody and visitations. My ex-husband didn’t have an attorney. He filed all his paperwork hi...mself. He got every thing he wanted. In the end I feel this lawyer didn’t help me at all. I wasted money and time when I could have done my own paperwork.

I was divorced in California, but now reside out of state. When I retired last year, I needed to hire a lawyer to assist with the final legal issues relating to the divorce; spousal support, my ex wife’s share of my retirement, etc. I decided to hire Jennifer based mostly on the reviews, and boy, am ...I happy that I did! Someone writing another review mentioned that Jennifer didn’t necessarily do things his way. Personally, I didn’t hire her to do things my way, I hired her to do things the right way; finding solutions that will work, offering advice that was what I needed to hear, not necessarily what I wanted to hear, and yet keeping my best interest in mind at all times. It is my honest opinion that she did all these things, and I am very grateful to Jennifer and her staff (which was first rate) for the support they gave me throughout this very unpleasant business. If you’re facing divorce, you need the best. Do yourself a favor and have a consultation with Jennifer; you’ll be happy you did.

I would first like to say that Divorce is a very serious decision. Make sure that you've exhausted all possibilities before stepping into this arena because the pain of marriage will never top the pain of hearing things that you'll learn about the person that you're married to, and the lengths that p...erson, who you thought you knew, will go through to hurt you back during the process. BUT, if you know that you've done all that you could, and have no regrets. I only three words for you: JENNIFER S MORRISON. I randomly found her as my attorney online, but as I look back now, she was a God send. Backed by her two assistants: Diane Page and Kathleen Birnbaum, if divorce was an Olympic event, THIS is your Dream Team. I honestly have to say that Jennifer is a person of her word. Anything that she tells you that she can do, she will make it happen. Initially, I thought that she was very distant, but please, don't let that deter you at all. Jennifer likes to take care of business and your interest. She's a very personal person when that gets done. I enjoyed a few great conversations with her before and after my settlement, and she made me feel like she really gave a care about my future personally and financially. Diane, how can I describe this woman. If you could write the words "Rock" and "Foundation" a different way, it would be D-I-A-N-E. Any anxiety I had going through this trial, in the beginning, this woman put it all to rest. Whatever doesn't make sense, she'll break it down like a two-year old. Kathleen - definitely the soldier of the crew. She gets your information, gets the work done, and puts her foot down when every thing is added up. I got a lot of enjoyment reading her responses to opposing lawyers. She does not bend at all. I can't say enough about these three women, but my life is so much more comfortable because of them. I thought my rebuilding process would be long and grueling after this was finished, but my expectations were far exceeded. Jennifer got me ahead when this was finished - as she promised me that she would. I still deal with the emotional part of divorce at moments, but at least I wasn't homeless AND humiliated.
