Jennifer really helped me out . I went to her just a couple of weeks before my court date as well as her leaving for vacation . The Phil Jackson of Divorce Attorneys
I would first like to say that Divorce is a very serious decision. Negotiate MEANS SURRENDER to the other party.
While considering the option to go to trial, I asked Ms. Morrison's staff about her experience as a trial lawyer; response: "She never goes to trial because she always negotiates". I later discovered that negotiating meant giving in to the other parties demands, threats, etc. rather than to fight ...
I completely disagree with this post. I believe I know who posted and, unfortunately, no matter what we did she was never happy. The statement that I never go to trial because I always negotiate is also not accurate in some respects. It is true that I seldom go to trial, however, I am always ready and willing to go to trial and, if necessary, do in fact go to trial. Going to trial is usually not in the best interests of the parties, but instead, lines the pockets of the lawyers which is not my ultimate goal. When you go to trial, someone will be unhappy and there is always risk. It is much better, if possible, to formulate a settlement where my client has some control over the outcome. With trial, you have no control. I stand by the way I handled this case.

this attorneys knowledge and experience helped me a great deal
I was fortunate enough to consult with Jennifer Morrison on a very serious case and it was resolved in a very efficient and respectful way. I will always be grateful for her sound advice..
"I endorse this lawyer. Jennifer S. Morrison is the most thorough and effective Family Law attorney in the Central Valley. I have both worked with and against Ms. Morrison. As opposing counsel I have been extremely impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. As far as being a client advocate- there is nobody better. She is very aggressive and passionate about her clients' interests. When working on joint projects, Ms. Morrison has always exceeded all expectations. She is extremely organized, meets all deadlines, and sets perfection as her guide. When looking for a great attorney, never undervalue the importance of their support staff. Ms. Morrison runs one of the most professional firms in the Valley and her team is second to none. If you are looking for an experienced attorney, Ms. Morrison is the attorney that other attorneys go to when they need advice. I wholeheartedly endorse the Law Offices of Jennifer S. Morrison."
