I have been a trial attorney for over 35 years. I handle family law, criminal and personal injury cases. Family law, which includes divorce, custody, support, paternity, guardianship, and restraining order issues, finds me in court most weekdays, in both Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. My personal injury case experience includes settlement or trial of over 35 million dollars for thousands of clients. I also handle most types of criminal cases.
My experience in Los Angeles for 10 years as a trial attorney, as a partner in a successful personal injury firm, and now having successfully represented thousands of clients locally, give me the confidence to give you the legal advice you deserve, at a fair and reasonable rate.

Great Lawyer
I had a Domestic Violence case against me from one bad night my wife and I had after 7 years of marriage. Mr. Anderson was able to get a fair resolution to the case, and two years later my wife and I are doing great.
