excellent experience.

We used Greg and his wife Karen on a real property research issue, they were ready when I got to the office, and their questions were great. They completed the research and an extensive opinion letter (including allot of property history that I didn't know and found very helpful) in the time commit...ted to and under estimated cost. They were a pleasure to work with.

Someone you can trust!

Being in a situation where you need legal advice, but you have been scammed by an attorney previously, I can't state strongly enough the relief I felt to find someone I could trust to really think of my best interests. Greg is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I needed help... to decide a course of action with some mortgage issues that I was struggling with. We discussed multiple options including bankruptcy, settling the debt, etc. I believe Greg gave my case abundant thought and he was realistic in his expectations of my success with the various options. I also feel his background in banking, specifically with special assets, gave him a unique insight of my issues that was invaluable to me. His fees were reasonable and well documented. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Greg.

Responsive and thorough

I have worked with Mr. Chilina in the past regarding some mortgage and real estate issues. He is incredibly responsive and diligent when it comes to collecting all of the facts and doing the proper research to give the most thorough and informed opinion possible.
