Biography
After graduating from law school and practicing in the Bay Area for a short time, I joined KDG as an associate attorney in 1998. Initially, my practice involved general civil litigation matters, but over time I increased my handling of construction disputes, including construction defect litigation, surety bonds, and failure to pay claims. I became a partner in 2004, and I now focus a significant portion of my time managing construction litigation claims and related business disputes for our clients statewide. KDG, with its offices in Bakersfield, Fresno, and San Diego, is uniquely situated to handle construction issues throughout California in an efficient and knowledgeable manner.
