I hire M. Carlovsky for my divorce. Not only did I get him, I also hire a Great Team (his staff) that was there for me. There were a lot of people giving me bad advise and say things like your going to lose your home and not see your kid. Carlovsky help me keep my home and my child and I'm Dad. Ever...yone's case is different. He was honest with me and took the time to explain law and how it would work on my case. I listen to his legal advise and follow it. I'm not going to tell you I won because I don't feel there are any winners in a divorce. What I will say is after it was final that he did a great job on my case. I recommend Michael A Carlovsky

I hired this lawyer two years ago for a simple undisputed divorce. At first he seemed like a real fighter, but when my ex didn't fight anything, he just let his paralegal Sarah take over. The paper work was wrong several times and when I would call they were rude to me. A lot of the time she wouldn'...t call me back. Then after that they dropped me and said they remove themselves from my case. My case still isn't finished and now i am lost. I do not recommend this lawyer at all.

I thought I was in good hands and expected to finally have my divorce and child custody resolved. I was wrong. This office and Mike's paralegal Sarah, are a joke! They took my money, only to continue court date after court date, and then drop me at the end with NO explanation!! I tried demanding an a...nswer and got nothing at all!

The one lawyer in Bakersfield I finally felt I trusted and wanted for my case dropped me after I gave him money. Staff was very unprofessional. Did not have the decency to talk to me, just told his secretary to say he can't take my case (basic divorce case) with no explanation (he wasn't booked becau...se my sister called 5 minutes later to test if he was taking new clients.) Was not a genuine person like i thought after meeting with several lawyers.
