I am so glad that I took the recommendation of several friends to obtain Mr. Carlovsky As my attorney in my divorce proceedings. What I thought was going to be a very easy divorce has become very complicated and in these difficult times I have had his entire staff at his office there to help me get ...through it. I feel very valued as a client as well as a Mother trying to protect her child. I appreciate Mr. Carlovsky and Sierra making sure everything is prepared and executed with the utmost accuracy and timely matter. I highly recommend this law office.

I had to return to court a year later after my divorce was final. My ex-husband remarried and he wanted to reevaluate child visitation. Mr. Carlovsky took my case and even got me an increase in child support. Visitation was settled and fair for both parities. The only problem was with my ex's attorne...y and the laziness of their staff which required Mr. Carlovsky's team to work harder on my behalf. I am satisfied and recommend them.

Prior to reaching out to Carlovsky, I originally signed on with another attorney because I felt comfortable with that attorney. After 8 years, you realize comfort is not what does best in court. I truly wish I would have signed on with Mike and his amazing team in the beginning, as I know things wo...uld have been different for us. I have been blessed to be with their offices for about 5 years now, and I haven’t looked back. We have had excellent results in court, and I have never been fed a false narrative about what will be done for us. I’ve read the other reviews, and was surprised. I’ve worked with both Sara and Charlie. They are both professional and extremely well-versed in their knowledge of family law. Unfortunately, their business is not an easy one. Family law is built on emotions and an overburdened system. I would recommend their law offices (and have on numerous occasions) to anyone going through a divorce or custody dispute. They are passionate about their work and fair with their clients. If you truly understood what they do both in court and behind the scenes, there would be no complaints. Invoices are thoroughly detailed defining each charge, and have never included any questionable items. Divorce, especially that involving child custody, is absolutely awful, but Mike and his staff have made our journey far easier.

First, I'd like to say that anytime you need a family lawyer, life isn't going great but it will get better. Lawyers are expensive but necessary and Mike Carlovsky treated me with the utmost respect when he could have turned me away. I had started my divorce by hiring an inexpensive lawyer that was ...so inept I temporarily lost custody of my kids to their father. Mike took over my case and he and his staff made the transition easy for me. Ultimately, he helped me get my children back. I was awarded child support and even some court costs. Second, the court system is an extremely slow process. Patience is key. Mike and Sarah eased my nerves by explaining how it all works and made the process go as quickly as possible. Mike and his team went above and beyond. They explored every avenue, answered every question, eased my nerves and won my case. I couldn't recommend them more!

I was involved in an 18 year unhappy marriage with two children, one an adult the other a Junior in high school. I was referred to Mike Carlovsky by my now fiancée. He immediately took me in for a consultation and we hit it off immediately. He was a consummate professional that knows his way around t...he courtroom. His staff was awesome and were very responsive to my concerns and prompt in preparing the paperwork for court. Divorce is an expensive endeavor, but just like everything else in the world “You get what you pay for.” I ultimately ended up with primary custody of my son and Mike has successfully defended attempts by my now ex-wife to increase alimony as well.
