Mike did a good job on my case, as much as he could. However I have unfortunately been in the family law system over 10 years and have had numerous attys and I have to say the paralegal is horrible. If you want to pay someone to tell you what to do not show any care for your case and make you feel li...ke a nuisance then his paralegal is for you. The worst I have experienced to date.

I consulted with many attorneys in the early stages of my divorce. Mr. Carlovsky and Sarah were very attentive and knowledgeable. They were comforting during a trying time, and always made themselves available for even the smallest details. During the process, my ex wife and her attorney were rapidly... losing their grip on reality and reason. Mr. Carlovsky and Sarah exhibited nothing less than class and character.

First, I'd like to say that anytime you need a family lawyer, life isn't going great but it will get better. Lawyers are expensive but necessary and Mike Carlovsky treated me with the utmost respect when he could have turned me away. I had started my divorce by hiring an inexpensive lawyer that was ...so inept I temporarily lost custody of my kids to their father. Mike took over my case and he and his staff made the transition easy for me. Ultimately, he helped me get my children back. I was awarded child support and even some court costs. Second, the court system is an extremely slow process. Patience is key. Mike and Sarah eased my nerves by explaining how it all works and made the process go as quickly as possible. Mike and his team went above and beyond. They explored every avenue, answered every question, eased my nerves and won my case. I couldn't recommend them more!

I was involved in an 18 year unhappy marriage with two children, one an adult the other a Junior in high school. I was referred to Mike Carlovsky by my now fiancée. He immediately took me in for a consultation and we hit it off immediately. He was a consummate professional that knows his way around t...he courtroom. His staff was awesome and were very responsive to my concerns and prompt in preparing the paperwork for court. Divorce is an expensive endeavor, but just like everything else in the world “You get what you pay for.” I ultimately ended up with primary custody of my son and Mike has successfully defended attempts by my now ex-wife to increase alimony as well. Kudos to Mike and the Carlovsky team. They truly care about their clients.

I hired Mr Carlovsky over a year ago and really like him and his staff. never have had any problems and they all have been more then kind to me during this hardship. Mike is very detailed and professional and will fight for you. Sara is the most amazing , understanding asset to the office of Mr Carl...ovsky. I truly recommend Mr Carlovsky and his staff to anyone seeking counsel . unfortunately I'm still going thur this process and could take months. any type of legal action could take years . I'm very thankful i have Mr Carlovsky and staff specially sara thats been thur this process with me through out from day one as well ,to represent me at this time .
