First, I'd like to say that anytime you need a family lawyer, life isn't going great but it will get better. Lawyers are expensive but necessary and Mike Carlovsky treated me with the utmost respect when he could have turned me away. I had started my divorce by hiring an inexpensive lawyer that was ...so inept I temporarily lost custody of my kids to their father. Mike took over my case and he and his staff made the transition easy for me. Ultimately, he helped me get my children back. I was awarded child support and even some court costs. Second, the court system is an extremely slow process. Patience is key. Mike and Sarah eased my nerves by explaining how it all works and made the process go as quickly as possible.
