This was from a company that was involved in our bankruptcy and should not have had interest in our property and refused to remove the lien until they received 7000.00 … Well might I say after Mr. Williams stepped in and went to bat for us … after several back and forth conversation and emails the lien was removed and we were able to proceed with the refi !!! This was a very trying time in our lives. Mr. Williams and his staff made it a little easier. They were kind, and very thorough. They kept us informed and up to date through the entire process. After we retained their services, we never had annoying phone calls from creditors nor did we get any threa...tening letters in the mail. I highly recommend their services if you should need it.
