This was from a company that was involved in our bankruptcy and should not have had interest in our property and refused to remove the lien until they received 7000.00 … Well might I say after Mr. Williams stepped in and went to bat for us … after several back and forth conversation and emails the lien was removed and we were able to proceed with the refi !!!
