Bob, did an excellent job representing me. He accomplished everything he said he would on our behalf an d the some. I had actually hired a different attorney who did not show up for our hearing and contracted Bob to stand in on their behalf. Bod did what the other attorney said was not possible. Woul...d highly recommend his services. My only complaint if you want to call it that is that thier were times I would like to have consulted with him on the phone rather than only via email. I understand that he is very busy and this was the most efficient way for him to respond.

As if making the decision to file bankruptcy is not difficult enough, finding the right attorney for the job can make it worse! Our experience with Williams and Williams was exceptional considering our circumstance. This was from a company that was involved in our bankruptcy and should not have had interest in our property and refused to remove the lien until they received 7000.00 … Well might I say after Mr. Williams stepped in and went to bat for us … after several back and forth conversation and emails the lien was removed and we were able to proceed with the refi !!! Without Mr Williams knowledge of the law we definitely would have been out 7000.00 that we rightfully did not owe!!! Thank you to Mr Williams and his staff for everything you have done for us! This was a very trying time in our lives. Mr. Williams and his staff made it a little easier. They were kind, and very thorough. They kept us informed and up to date through the entire process. After we retained their services, we never had annoying phone calls from creditors nor did we get any threa...tening letters in the mail. I highly recommend their services if you should need it.

We transferred our bankruptcy case from another attorney to Williams & Williams 2 years into a 5 year Chap. 13. Atty. Williams did not have a judgemental attitude towards our situation. He was very professional and very helpful in clarifying legal questions we had. He was very accessible everytime we... had questions or wanted to speak to him in his office. He responded promptly to our email communications. On occassions that we went to speak to him in his office, he was very encouraging and thank us for keeping up with our monthly payments to the Trustee. His office assisted us in making sure we completed the requirements to receive the final discharge of our case. I highly recommend Atty. Williams.
