Paige was very helpful in the beginning and I was impressed with her tenacity and responsiveness. But then because of the father a 730 was ordered, Paige and I were totally in favor of it so that it would bring out the truth. Then a month after it was ordered she gave me the name of the Doctor who wa...s to review us, it didn't match the one agreed to in court. She said she would never send us to that evaluator because he was a horrible, mean person who only took money and didn't make diligent reviews. However she in fact made a mistake and agreed to the horrible evaluator. I felt that she was distracted, when I experienced her mistake of an evaluator which took more than a year and lived through that hell, I had no choice but to leave her. I had nearly $1000 left in my account, not only did she find a way to use it up, she charged beyond it and is still trying to bill me for services that never happened. She guilted me for firing her. In addition right before I made my decision, she rehired a past attorney friend who had serious issues, he paralegal decided it was time to leave as well. Because of Paiges mistake and a refusal to own up to it, I have now spent an additional $20,000 and am still not finished. Shame on her for making a mistake that is dragging a family through this hell for almost three years now and still not finished.

Glad I didn't waste time trying anyone else first. Paige has been a complete bulldog in the courtroom and nothing but professional in handling my case. Being a man, especially in this state, I never imagined so much would go my way in terms of child support and custody. I am always notified in adva...nce of my next hearing and my case has never been continued for anything other than legitimate court related reasons. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me and my case. Don't waste time, get her in your corner ASAP!!

The heading says it all. I too had two previous attorneys prior to Paige, and it cost me losing custody of my child. Completely. No legal custody or anything. I had read the reviews on her and was shocked because so many people referred me to her why would so many people say horrible things on here? ...I met with her and felt extremely safe with her. She told me I should have never lost my daughter and we will fight to get her back. My ex hired the number 1 rated attorney and most expensive in bakersfield. She was never intimidated by him and never backed down. Within five months of her representing me, I got full custody and primary again. She is very busy because she is a GREAT attorney, so I ne we expected her to call me back and quite frankly I would rather pay a paralegal rate for a phone call than an attorney rate. She always answered any question I had within minutes of texting her. There are truly no words I can describe for kelly either. When I felt weak, she made me feel strong, when I was worried, she took away my fears. Her and Paige never told me any false hope. They always are very straight forward and tell you what to expect. I would have never got my baby back If it wasn't for her. She didn't charge an arm and leg, and honestly I would have paid four times what I did to keep her, she is that good. I always wonder if reviews are accurate and trust me, if I could recommend anyone, it would hands down be Paige. As a mother you want your kid with you and safe from harm and danger. Where I was, I can honestly say I would never have gotten primary custody back let alone legal. her father got very little hours with her after I won primary, and for the best interest of my child, I have decided to mediate with him and give him more hours and nights for the best interest of my daughter, even though I know had Paige gone to trial, he would have got way less time. Paige never was upset I wanted to mediate or said no. She knew we would win at trial but she honestly does want the best for your children! She is God sent and I truly owe her the world for bringing my baby back home!! I highly recommend her, she is the best! Truly an angel!!

I can't say enough about Ms. Etcheverry. I had used a prior divorce attorney and was getting no where! I didn't even have visitation with my son and I was paying more than I could afford in support. When I hired Ms. Etcheverry she told me what she thought she could do and that's exactly what she di...d. I now see my son on a 50/50 equal basis. I got exactly what I wanted in the division of property and I can now afford to live again. Ms. Etcheverry is busy but she is 5star the best. She will give you her cell number and I used it and was always answered either within seconds or an hour tops. If you don't hire her, you will be so sorry when your x does! Hire her immediately. Thank you to her and her staff I could not have done it without them.

Like every one else, i had met with several attorneys & could not make up my mind. I had heard about Paige by several people & then realized my sister uses her. So after having a long conversation with my sister I discovered a close friend of ours was working with her as well. I felt confident this w...as some one I needed to work with. I AM SO GRATEFUL I MADE THAT DECISION!! As busy as she is I am happy she took my case. There are no words that I can use to say what is in my heart right now. Many thanks for all of her support, poise and knowledge of the law and of people's feelings and needs. I didn't really have that much contact with her - which I believe is due to her legal skills - but she made an huge impression on me that softened the stress but most importantly encouraged me to take the next step in what I need to do to move forward. (She is truly an inspiring woman) I am a stronger, optimistic person and confident after working with her and happy that i got to work with her talented staff- that Kelly is a pistol!! Its true she is super busy BUT SHE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE BY TEXT. (I got her cell phone the day i met her) Yes, you will read a mess of negative reviews from people.. But its probably from people that didn't follow her instructions. I say have a consultation for your self & you decide. But really, i am mostly thankful that she helped me gain what is truly important to me and that is my child, and for fighting to get what is rightfully hers & for her future. At the end of the day its all in what is best for the children involved. Thank you Paige, I am forever in debt with you... I an just glad my EX didn't hire 1st ( i would not have wanted to have been on the other side)
