I needed a lawyer quickly and she stepped up, noted I was getting screwed on a TRO and offered to help at a fixed cost. Sounded great. Three years of delays and non-existent communication later the only thing I accomplished was getting three years older. An "questionable" restraining order filed i...n 2019 has yet to see a courtroom (that's temporary?). During a recent attempt to schedule I watched in horror as lawyers dickered over a date as a hearing the judge wanted to schedule in December got pushed into April 2023. My kids, who were taken from me under false pretenses and against their will at age 10 and who have asked to be returned to me, will be 14 before that date. She didn't care. When I raised a fuss she fabricated an excuse to drop me. I'll never get back the years. Maybe a little more attention to the case and a little less time at her vacation home in Italy would have made a difference. Communication was non-existent. Occasionally I was forwarded communication from my Ex's attorney but my own inquiries were largely ignored. When I finally reached a breaking point and asked for a meeting, that's when I was dropped. Even that was classless. A face-to-face meeting with a paralegal was cancelled, rescheduled for a later date with Ms. Etcheverry-Barnes, and then again cancelled in favor of a phone call in which she quit. After three years there was no more money in it. What's right or fair took a back seat.

I hired Paige in 2016. She made a ton of promises, and made me feel better. After I hired her and paid her retainer, she waited months to file anything with the court. Fast forward to 2019 when I finally fired her. In those 3 years nothing got accomplished, our case was constantly continued for a myr...iad of reasons. Her office staff, and especially her paralegal Kelly, are just as worthless as she is. No one returns calls, no one returns emails, and you're left hanging. Her office was excellent though at calling and demanding more money, saying they need it in the next 7 days, or they'll file a substitution of attorney form with the court (her office firing you as a client), and also threatening to not show up in court. I spent well over $20k on her services, and got absolutely nothing in return. If you're thinking Paige will really help you, and get some resolution in your case, think again. She makes great big promises that she knows she has zero intention of keeping.

Hired this attorney to represent my mother. She required a down payment of 4500 after convincing us she will fight for our mother. This attorney was supposed to set up a three way meeting with the other party to discuss an agreement. We constantly called asking when she was going to set this meetin...g up. We continued to get her secretary promising us the attorney would get the message and gave us the run around. We sent emails to this attorney with paperwork that was required from court only for her to always claim she never received them. After a year of giving us the run around my mother finally spoke up to the attorney reminding her of all the irresponsibility and lack of representation in a kindly manner, only for this attorney to threaten my mother of discontinuing her services. After milking us of the money we put into her. This was very disappointing. This attorney is very good with convincing you of her services but fails to come through. I wish I would of known better before investing in her.

I wish there was another lower rating scale below poor, because that is what Paige is. She is Terrible! It has been one of the most frustrating times in my life!! She was frustrating!! I do not know how ohers can rate this woman as an excellent attorney. I believe she takes on EVERY case and she is... VERY QUICK to take your money, but be prepared to NEVER get a phone call back. The receptionist has her head in the clouds and seems to not have a clue of what is going on in the office . I do not know how she got that job. As far as being represented by Paige, I had to do all of the leg work, ask and ask again what is going on. I had to give her ideas, and sent her many emails pleading for her help. She NEVER spoke to me before any hearings, if I even had one. HMMMM, let's see, I had her for almost two years and almost every hearing was either postponed or canceled. The cancels were because she lost her car keys in LA, her daughter was in the hopital and this excuse happened two times, she was sick, the minors council was sick, and her daughter as well. A few others I can not remember. After almost two years of this and $7000 later, the case was still not completed. She charges the minimum of a 1/2 hour even if it was a 5 minute telephone call or a few texts. OMG! I never got a bill stating how my money was being spent, although they were quick to send a late notice! How can it be late if you never get a notice telling you how your money is being spent.? I had to ask to have the statements printed. I would pick them up, as to not incure any other charges heaven forbid. I can't believe she charged me for the court dates that were postponded due to her problems!!! After she wanted another $2500 to go on for the modification, I sought guidence and was advised to fire her and represent myself. It was the best thing I ever did!! The only half way decent person in that office is Kelly, her paralegal. That is if you can ever get her on the phone. She charges half of what Paige does and is willing to answer all of your questions, and usually follows through with what she has told you. Again, minimum charge is for a 1/2 hour even for a 10 minute phone call so be prepared!! I was warned about Paiges lack of follow through, but when I met her she was a tiger and that was what I wanted and needed. She was no way near that AND IT CAUSED ME MUCH GREIF !

I hired Paige to represent me for my divorce. I had horrible experience with her and her staff. They work like they are state or federal employees and they dont have to be polite with their clients. Paige never does her homework before she goes to the court. She will ask you the questions that you sh...ould be asking her. Her paralegal staff is even worse. You will never get your calls answered to returned. Few times I tried to schedule consultation with Paige before I go to the court to discuss the startegy before hand, but never get it scheduled and on the date of my court date she is clueless and start asking questions like she is talking to you first time in her life. Please do not waste your time and money. In the court she is a confused personality. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER.
