Ms. Etcheverry is by far the best family law attorney in Kern County. I was referred to her by at least 10 people who all said get her before your X does she's agressive and knows her stuff. I trusted the people who referring her to me and I'm so happy I did. She is very agressive and know every m...ove to make!! I agree with the good reviews here if you want the best she is going to be busy but use her cell phone and trust in her and do as she says. She knows exactly what she's doing and she saved me. I can't thank her enough!

The best attorney I've ever had!!!!! I had to go through two terrible attorneys before I going her, but I'm soooo thankful I eventually hired her!!!! I now have custody of my three children and am able to move on with my life. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! THEY ARE NOT HER CLIENTS SHE WAS APPOI...NTED TO REPRESENT THEIR CHILDREN AND ADVISE THE JUDGE. Of course they are not going to like her because her job in those cases is to help children and tell the court the problems with each parent!
