I will start by saying this.. that if you do not hire Paige as your Attorney, you better pray that your EX DOESN'T. Our family is so thankful for Paige and her staff. Because of Paige, our Family is together and we have the children in a safe and loving home. Paige is very strong at knowing the ...law and all of the different codes and sections of the law. Paige knows what to say and when to say it and we are always so confident anytime we walk into the court room with her on our side. We are so thankful that we retained Paige and that the other side didn't, and especially if you are a parent trying to fight for custody of your children, there isn't a better Attorney in town. Paige knows how to get your children for you and keep your children for you especially if you are a parent trying to place the best interest of your children first. Paige will not be bullied and she will stand up and fight her heart out for you and your family. We have come to the realization that most attorneys in town do not want to take on Paige because of how smart she is and how deep she studies your case. There is a reason why Paige has so many clients jumping from one court room to the next while other attorneys just sit around all day waiting for their "one" trial for the day. Paige took our case very seriously and more importantly she took our case personally and fought for our family like it was her own. Paige has laughed with us, cried with us, and been there for us in our most stressful and difficult times of need. She has become like family to us. Most Attorneys end up costing about the same money by the time it's all over and we decided for our family that we only wanted to the best. Family/divorce court is extremely important in determining the outcome of the rest of your life so don't gamble by choosing a cheap attorney. Do yourself a favor and at least set up a consultation with Paige and you will know right away that you've made the right decision. We were referred to Paige from four different friends/family that had retained Paige and they were all very pleased and thankful for the outcome that Paige was able to secure for them and their children and family. I hired Ms. Etcheverry because I was in the middle of a highly contested divorce case. I have had two other attorneys over the last three years and I can't say enough positive about Ms. Etcheverry. She was always available to me as she gave out her cell phone and answered my text at almost any ...time of the day. She told me exactly what to expect and how we were going to be able to obtain what I wanted . Because of her I was finally able to go finish my divorce case successfully. I am extremely thankful I hired her.

She was doing my divorce and while picking up my last few belongings my EX husband and I had a fight. Even after he had hit me over and over since I used a item to hit him to get him off me I was arrested. She got my charges reduced and got him back even better in the court room. I hired Paige to represent me for my divorce. I had horrible experience with her and her staff. They work like they are state or federal employees and they dont have to be polite with their clients. Paige never does her homework before she goes to the court. She will ask you the questions that you sh...ould be asking her. Her paralegal staff is even worse. You will never get your calls answered to returned. Few times I tried to schedule consultation with Paige before I go to the court to discuss the startegy before hand, but never get it scheduled and on the date of my court date she is clueless and start asking questions like she is talking to you first time in her life. Please do not waste your time and money. In the court she is a confused personality. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HER.
