I have been practicing bankrutpcy since 2001 and have helped in excess of 10,000 debtors through the process. We aim to make the bankruptcy a smooth process, with complete access to the attorney. My staff and myself answer all calls unscreened. Bankruptcy can be stressful enough without having to fill out a stack of paperwork. We do not make you fill out your own paperwork, but prepare your entire bankruptcy.

very satisfied
Neil and his team took care of my BK. I was informed of everything that was going to happen. I gathered all my information, submitted it and shortly after everything was filed I received my Judgment in the mail.

Neil Schwartz is the best bankruptcy lawyer
Neil helped us with the process of bankruptcy. We were able to save our homes and do a modification. He also helped my parents in their difficult bankruptcy case. My parents had to do a chapter 7 and then a 13 in order to keep their home. Thank you Neil Schwartz!

Excellent Attorney
