This man promised to get me more custody on the first court date and even more custody over six months. We went to court only one time and nothing changed except for a little more holiday time that the other party asked for. They told me to be at there office with some paperwork when they opened and ...when I got there I waited for over an hour before they called me and told me to leave it in the mailbox. He never even brought it to court or even looked at it. It has been two months and he still has not filed the paperwork for after the hearing. He has been disciplined by the bar for previous cases and I am personally writing the bar so that this man has to answer for his actions. I have called several times since then and no one has ever called me back. If you hire him he will tell you whatever you want to hear then just steal your money!

No stars for this guy, one but I was required. I was charged $6000.00 for cc/ss/cv. On the other hand my wife was charged less than a grand for fighting the above mentioned case with another atty. Atty had attended two court dates. One for CV and the other for dismissal of the case, which he showed l...ate. Maybe 45 minutes spent in actual court total on this case. My wife and I decided to reconsider the divorce. Phone calls were returned very few times, did not fill responce / answer until late in the case. That's not good. Six Thousand dollars.................
