Biography
I became an attorney because I believe passionately in the Constitution of this great country. If you are charged with a crime then you have rights. Period.
People died for those rights. I'm a Navy veteran myself, and I didn't spend all that time on an aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf to live in a country where the DA just steamrolls all over American citizens.
Your rights mean nothing if you don't exercise them. I say stand on your rights.
It's never easy, but there's one thing I know for sure is that you gotta fight and fight hard. I know how to manage criminal cases. I know how to pick them apart way before we even get to court. And when we do go to trial there are few better than me.
I handle all criminal cases, including domestic violence, DUIs, drug cases, murder, robbery, you name it. I also handle domestic violence restraining orders, contempt of court proceedings, and so forth.

Wouldn’t call him for consultations, rushed me through the whole thing wouldn’t let me get all my questions out and hung up on me right when I was about to ask him another question.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable
I hired Mr. Ryan for a court case that dragged on for many months. He did a wonderful job representing me and got it down to an infraction with a very small fine. Very satisfied with my reduced DUI
John is very professional at what he does. I was charged with a DUI and he was able to reduce it to a wet and reckless. Very affordable and he even let me pay in payments. Very satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommend him!

Mr. Ryan got my 2 felony case dismissed after months of gathering evidence that i was being wrongfully accused. He was able to present evidence that there was no criminal intent on my behalf and was able to get my cases dismissed. I will continue to deal with Mr. Ryan on other legal matters.

Honest
John represented me on a number of very serious felonies. He got most of the charges dismissed or reduced to misdemeanors. I got off with a fraction of the original offer from the DA. I recommend John highly.
