WOW! I CAN'T believe this dude has a high rating!!! My 'case' was postponed over and over and the only communication was when I initiated it! Then, when it finally went to court, he EMAILS me the 'results'. I texted him that I needed him to explain and that's when I found out he did NOTHING FOR ME...! The 'risk' was supposed to be that the fine would not be reduced... it was never a thought that the court would not allow a plea to non moving which would not have impacted my insurance. All he would say is 'the court wouldn't do it...' You pay an attorney to plead for you, not to accept whatever the court says. I could've just paid the fine and moved on, but I employed (YES, I PAID FOR SERVICE!!!) this attorney to help me and apparently, he is HELPLESS!!! Save your money or go somewhere else. This attorney is not worth even the cost of a phone call!

Got pulled over in Hanford for a broken license plate light. Cop smelled weed and proceeded to search my car without consent. They found a firearm, cocaine(less than 28grams), weed, i ended up spending 7 months in Kings County fighting my case. First deal was 6 years, 2nd deal 4 years. I must admit, coming into my 2 complex cases for child support arrears and contempt charges, I thought I was undoubtedly looking at some time in jail.
