There was a minimum of inconvenience because he knows who to contact at the bank, h...ow to negotiate with the senior negotiator, and knows how to close. He also did all the negotiating on the sale by reading the offer and writing the counter offers which included all that was necessary for a smooth deal. I hired Paul to help me with a loan modification and he failed to turn the documents such as bank statements, pay stubs etc. The bank called me and said that they had not received any documents. When I called Paul I would leave a message and he took 3 days to call me back. I asked him about the docum...ents and he jumped down my throat like I did something wrong. The bank continued to call me and say that they had only received a portion of the paperwork. Needless to say I am about to lose my home and he will not return my calls. Now I need an attorney to sue my attorney. I cannot say anymore because I am so angry that I would say something unprofessional and my post would be removed. DO NOT GIVE PAUL STANSEN A DIME! RUN!
