From the moment of our first contact, Paul was immediately responsive, and had already done homework on our property, and the sellers. We had found ourselves in the midst of massive non-disclosures on the property we had purchased, facing a huge amount of money to make it habitable and functional, an...d were at a total loss on how to handle it all. We finally decided that we needed to do something about it legally, and reached out to Paul, who had been referred by a close friend. Paul worked tirelessly with us over the next few months, sending information to us, responding immediately to all questions, and making us laugh when we wanted to cry. We hired Paul Stansen to get our $10,000 rental deposit back from a real estate company/landlord and homeowner who weren't willing to return our deposit after we moved out of a rental house. He was smart, tenacious, and determined in his fight to get our money returned to us, reading the contract car...efully and pointing out to the landlord and owner (separately) their obligation to return the full deposit. He sought a second opinion from another firm (at no charge to us) and helped guide our response to the situation with clear and concise communication. He set deadlines for responses from the other parties, communicated actions to be taken, and demanded results from them. He responded quickly and assertively to responses from the parties we were battling. Thanks to him clearly, precisely, and repeatedly spelling out the obligations each party had, they returned our full deposit. We are thrilled with the result!

Paul saved me from losing my house to foreclosure and actually got it sold for more than I owed, allowing me to pocket a much-needed 5-figures.
