Paul took over, quickly made contact with the bank to get the calls to stop. We never had to talk to the bank. All the threatening letters and material the bank sent we simply faxed to Paul. The bank incorrectly had us down for wanting a loan modification which we never asked for. Paul worked aggressively to get them to fix the mistake fast. We could not believe how quickly Paul then got the bank to signoff on the short sale. He not only got approval for us, but much needed money to relocate and specific language that says the bank cannot come after us for the amount we were short on the mortgage. We feel as if a giant weight has been lifted from our family and now have a fresh start. He's worth every penny. Like all professionals he knows his craft.
