Highly recommended for resolution of contractual disputes
I employed the Law Offices of Vernon C. Tucker to help me resolve a contract dispute I was having with a vendor. The issue could not be settled and required extensive litigation. In the end we won on a technicality, but a win is a win. I would recommend Vernon to anyone as he is highly aggressive and is not afraid to do what needs to be done to win your case!

Professional Attorney - Got the Job Done!
I highly recommend the Law Offices of Vernon C. Tucker. I called Vernon to handle a debt collection case of mine where my client stopped paying me. Vernon was able to get the full amount back to me, but he was also able to review my agreement and make the necessary changes so that I would be legally covered in the future.

Got the job done
Mr. Tucker helped me resolve a claim with my insurance company. I was so thankful because they originally denied the claim. He did not take no for an answer and got me the money I deserved. I’d highly recommend.

Simply Amazed
I never write these things but credit is absolutely due here. Late last year I was served with a lawsuit that was bogus and needed an attorney fast. Vernon told me up front I had a great case and would likely recover my attorney fees. Not only did I prevail but I was awarded my attorney fees. The other side didn't like that and refused to pay me but Vernon refused to accept that. A few months later I got a check from Vernon in the mail for my attorneys fees along with a letter explaining that he levied the bank account of the person that sued me! I never met a guy like this before and will never use anyone except him for my legal matters. Thanks Vernon your'e amazing and you have my business for life.

Thank you for allowing this firm to serve you regarding this matter. My Special Investigator was the one responsible for the recovery on this one as he located the bank account and instructed me where to levy the funds. Definitely took a team effort & I am glad we produced a favorable result.

Attorney who cares.
When I first spoke to Vernon about my case against an insurance company after a car accident, he assured me that I did have a case and he would help me get what was owed me by law. He has a very professional manner, but still lets you know he cares about you and your situation and he will go the distance to make sure you are fairly compensated. He resolved my case quickly.
