You Won't find a better attorney in Ventura County

Paul Tyler has been my Attorney for 10 years now and he continues to impress me by going above and beyond my needs. He does not call me to let me know he did something, Paul is the type to just get it done and does not seek praise for it or waiste his valuable time trying to convince people he is a ...great lawyer. His past speaks for itself.

Drug case review

I was looking at 2 years on a big drug charge pulled over with a excess amount my lawyer fought it over year supper affordable &. Got me house arrest 3 months considering the circumstances I am very grateful for Paul. Helped me change my life around &. Get me the best deal saved me over 3 k in court... fees you need a lawyer he will let you know exactly what he can do for you no beating around the bush.&. he’ll let you know what is best case &. Worst case. Loved that Great guy. I would refer him forever he is my go to attorney

Professional and committed to getting you the best outcome

I Was arrested For Public Intoxication. I simply chose to walk home instead of driving home and was stopped due to it being early AM. Upon being released I was worried and confused on how this would effect me and my family. I called several lawyers who acted like my charge didn’t need to be represent...ed. Coming home one day from work I grabbed my mail and received a letter from Paul around his services. Called him and he gave me straight forward info and a fair price. Upon hiring he gave me what the worse outcome would be and best outcome (which was dismissal). After a long drawn out situation with the DA not having info about my case he was able to get my case dismissed. I thank Paul for taking my case after so many other lawyers brushed it off as no big deal. Thank You for your help

Another 647(f) drunk in public case dismissed! I always try to handle these aggressively because it's very rare that there will be any breath or blood test to substantiate the conclusion that my client was under the influence.

THE BEST THERE IS !!!!

Paul reduced my two felonies to misdemeanors and fought real hard to allow me to maintain my integrity. He was extremely professional and sincere and when I called him he would answer his phone and answer all my questions. He did everything in his power to stand up in the court and fight for my right...s. Thank You Paul for everything you did to keep this situation at a minimal damage case. Knowledgeable yet compassionate about clients situation and future

My situation was extremely serious, due to my checked past. I was basically throwing in the towel concerning my future. I had lost all hope. For some reason I started to go through all the legal solicitations received when arrested . I call a few all to no avail, then Paul called me back. After lis...tening to me and my concerns about the ten years i was offered by the public defender, he didn't make any promises but assured me that he would do his very best to help me. And he did exactly what he said. Even though I do have to do some jail time, 16 months with half time is a blessing compared to the TEN years I would be doing if not for Paul and the guidelines he set before me in order to change and live a better life. Thank you David! Your case is a classic example of how I can help someone even when the charges can be proven. There are always two parts to a case. The first is whether or not you are guilty. If so, then the second part is how can I help minimize your penalty. Many cases come down to minimizing penalties. You did everything I asked you to do and we got a good deal. I wish you the best.
