Wrongful Termination - Quick Settlement

I was recently wrongfully terminated by my employer one week after giving a nine hour deposition in a sexual harassment investigation, where I supported the plaintiff's claims against my employer. After my initial complimentary consultation with Nicolas "Nico" Vrataric, it was obvious right out of ...the gate that he had keen insight and expertise in a myriad of areas in the law, especially employment law. I found myself needing to call on Nico on a wide variety of employment law issues related to my case and I always found his responses intelligent, creative and well grounded. From my experience working with Nico, I can say unequivocally that he knows how to make his his clients feel safe and at-ease while going through an emotionally and confusing tough time- all the while feeling confident that their legal representation is unparalleled. He skillfully navigated through two rounds of mediation with authority and charisma, utilizing his consultative approach to keep me informed and working existing relationships to ultimately reach a very healthy settlement out of court. Nico is fearless, he reached high and I actually felt bad for the other attorney- who had a decent reputation, but Nico wound up crushing him. I have referred Nico to several other people and will continue to do so. I will be forever grateful that I was represented by Nico on this case.

Amazing Lawyer

Nicolas Vrataric is an excellent lawyer. He is an extremely knowledgeable of the law, and helped me settle my sexual harassment case in a very timely manner.
