A super-nice and super-great lawyer!

Mr. Nomi is the best lawyer I have ever known. He helped us to collect debt from a very difficult company that always made empty promises and postponed the due dates indefinitely. With Mr. Nomi's effort, this company had finally started to make the payment for the debt, which had been overdue for a l...ong time before we contacted Mr. Nomi. We are very impressed by Mr. Nomi's great service and his kindness: providing honest advice in the best interest of the client; no hiding fees; good communications; fighting hard for the client. A truly super-nice and great lawyer!

Did a really good job.

Brian took on my bankruptcy case, and did a wonderful job. He answered his phone when I called, and always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. I felt very secure having him handle my case, and believe me I was very stressed out about the whold process, thank heavens I actual...ly took the time to meet with him and hire him! I would recommend him to anyone who might have to think about filing bankruptcy. Very professional, and I was pleased to work with him!!

Wonderful Results!

Brian did an excellent job of navigating the complexities of my case. What was supposed to be a straight forward bankruptcy became more difficult than any of us expected. He was able to guide me through making decisions and understanding the prognosis of my situation. All of this happened without ...him increasing his charges to me. I would work with him again!

Brian is THE BEST! Always so CALM, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING. He NEVER made us feel like "bad people" for filing bankruptcy.

Brian was recommended to my husband and I when we found ourselves needing to evict 5 people from our RV Park. We have been through so much in the past 4 or 5 years neither of us can remember who referred him, but we are so grateful to have found Brian. The evictions were 3 separate cases which he ...handled with ease. Luckily for us, we kept in touch with Brian and a few years later, when my husband's business suffered due to the economy, he helped us with a bankruptcy. The last thing we ever thought we would do was file bankruptcy. We tried debt consolidation first, but we just could not keep up with the payments. Bankruptcy is tough, especially when you are not one of those people who knows how to "work the system." We received so many scary letters from creditors, Brian would always say tell us to send it to him and not to worry. He was always so calm and patient. Every single time we had a worry he would address it immediately, and copy us so we knew it was taken care of. My husband and I were both pretty depressed, not fun! There were days when we had a hard time doing even the simplest thing, Brian was always there to make us feel better and gently push us to get things done when they needed to be done. He is extremely knowledgeable and very, very, trustworthy. Throughout everything, the evictions and the bankruptcy, Brian was respectful to EVERYONE, even the people we evicted. Regarding the eviction, we leased the land that we were evicting from. Because of this there was a lawyer representing the County as well as Brian representing us. In the end, we won, and the only money we hand to spend was due to a mistake made by the lawyer for the County. Brian did not make any mistakes. Fortunately we are pretty average, we have not had to work with a lawyer more than half-a-dozen times in our lifetime. Even so, we have dealt with two lawyers who in the end, we felt had not done what was best for us, but had used a situation to serve themselves. Years ago, we had a lawyer who defended us on a car accident and worked for our Insurance Co., he was very good. Brian is one of the "Good Guys." He would NEVER even consider taking advantage of a client. We definitely recommend him to anyone else who finds themselves an unfortunate situation like we did.

A most competent, effective and compassionate attorney

I contacted Brian when it became evident that I may lose my house. We worked out a plan to give me more time in order that I might put together the funds to save my home. As it turns out I am now in the final negotiations for a loan modification. Brian is a rare attorney who actually answers his pho...ne. If he is on the phone or out of his office he returns calls very, very promptly. He explains everything in extreme detail and he never tires of re-explaining. I have worked with hundreds of attorneys over the course of my career and I have found Brian to be exceptional, standing out from the crowd in that he genuinely puts achieving his clients' needs first above his fees. Never did he "nickel and dime" me, charging extra for this or that. He is moral, ethical, honest and compassionate yet objective. He will tell you straight what you're up against and the various options to consider. I have recommended Brian to a friend who lives in San Luis Obispo county. It was an eviction issue on a rental. Brian, in his customary way, promptly filed the appropriate complaint, called the tenant to see if something could be worked out, drove all the way to Paso Robles (3hrs each way) for a 1 hour or so hearing, and mission accomplished! Had the non-paying tenant out in under 45 days. My friend was amazed after hearing horror stories from other landlords about the process taking 6 months or longer! Not so with Brian. He is unwavering and steadfast in the pursuit of serving his clients best interests. He is an extraordinary attorney who is very accessible, patient, thoroughgoing, knowledgeable, and responsive that does what he says he will do! Although I am not a current client I still can pick up the phone and call Brian whenever the need arises. And he his genuinely interested to know how it's going with my efforts to save my house through the modification process.
