I was in the midst of a very long loan modification process. I had been dealing with Chase since 2009 to try to modify loans that I had with them without much success. Then finally in 2014 one of the loans made me an offer to buy off the loan. I was dumbfounded as I wanted to just modify it. Had the non-paying tenant out in under 45 days. My friend was amazed after hearing horror stories from other landlords about the process taking 6 months or longer! Not so with Brian. He is unwavering and steadfast in the pursuit of serving his clients best interests. He is an extraordinary attorney who is very accessible, patient, thoroughgoing, knowledgeable, and responsive that does what he says he will do! Although I am not a current client I still can pick up the phone and call Brian whenever the need arises. And he his genuinely interested to know how it's going with my efforts to save my house through the modification process.
