Biography
I have the experience to provide you the best possible legal representation in the Ventura County Superior Court. I am a former Supervising Prosecutor and Major Crimes Attorney in the Ventura County District Attorney's Office. During my 17-year-career, I supervised the prosecution of all of the following offenses:
- Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol / Drugs
- Misdemeanor Offenses
- Felony Offenses, Including Crimes of Violence and Fraud
- Major Narcotics
- Auto Theft
- Vandalism
- Animal Abuse
- Mental Health Court
I have tried nearly every type of criminal case ranging from Domestic Violence to capital murder. I will put my experience to work for you!

I am currently an Adjunct Proffessor at Pepperdine University School of Law. In addition to training law students, I have instructed countless lawyers and police officers concerning the rules of evidence, criminal procedure, criminal law and defenses to crimes.
I have an excellent reputation in the Ventura County Justice system that is based on two decades of success in front of judges and juries. Most importantly, however, I care about my clients.
