Gene Barry Sharaga

After 32 years of pursuing a highly creative and successful civil litigation practice in Southern California, I am utilizing my skills, experience and insights exclusively as a mediator and as an arbitrator. I  have obtained a wealth of knowledge from my extensive trial experience on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. I am certified in Conflict Resolution Training by the prestigious Conflict Resolution Institute. I have been appointed as a Settlement Master by the Santa Barbara County Superior Court and I conduct Mandatory Settlement Conferences on that Court’s civil calendar. I have also been appointed as a mediator by the Ventura County Superior Court and conduct mediations for civil cases in that Court.

FEE SCHEDULE:

     MEDIATIONS

·         $500 per hour for first 2 parties (additional $100 per hour per each additional party)

·         4-hour minimum 

ARBITRATIONS

·         $600 per hour for first 2 parties (additional $1000 per hour per each additional party)

·         8-hour hearing minimum
