Mr. Hickson was hired by my now deceased father primarily for Estate Planning. My father was a paraplegic with severe health conditions. Mr. Hickson, and his Paraprofessional never batted an eye at traveling to my fathers home to conduct business. Mr. Hickson always treated my father with the utmost ...professional and personal respect. My father relied on Mr. Hicksons competent legal representation. Without fail Mr. Hickson never appeared to be hurried for time, always clarifying information and, or questions my father had. If he didnt have the immediate answer to a question, he found the answer soon after. If there was an extra mile to go Mr. Hickson buckled up the boots, and traveled the journey. The unconditional moral support given to my father is only a diminutive example of Mr. Hicksons personal, and professional attributes. Obviously, my father held and I hold Mr. Hickson and his Legal practices in the highest regards.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews however the services I received from Bankruptcy Attorney, Daniel Higson surpassed my expectations. I am a divorced single mother that had struggled for years trying to juggle the debt I was left with from my ex-husband and failing business. I was overw...helmed and confused with which direction I should take that would help my situation long term. Daniel took the time to explain things in detail and made me feel as though no question was a stupid question. The fees associated with the bankruptcy were reasonable and he was flexible with meeting times so I was able to avoid taking additional time off of work. I am extremely grateful for the help he provided to me and my children. I would highly recommend his services to others.

I hired Dan Higson to do my business LLC legal paperwork. I was very satisfied with the way he does his business. I went to see other attorneys and I felt like they did not care about my business nor me. I did NOT get that feeling from Dan. When we meet for the first time, he came across to me as... a very down to earth, concern about the welfare of my business, and most of call he was honest. Yes, his pricing says a lot to about him. I notice he is fair and does not drain you dry like other lawyers I visited in Ventura. I would recommend Mr. Higson to anyone who would ask me. Good Job on getting the documents done as you told me they would be in a timely matter. That plays a huge part when you hire a lawyer to do a job for you and if they sit back on it and is expecting you to pay for the time they started a job to the end. No, Dan Higson does not run his business like that. Again, thank you Mr. Higson for making 2016 a good year for my business. I'm so glad he did my LLC documents from start to finish.
