Biography
It is an honor representing people. We take great pride in taking the burdens and stress off the shoulders of our clients. Whether it is Foreclosure Defense, Bankruptcy or Litigation, we stand ready willing and able to help you.
As the Senior Partner of Saunders Law Group, and with 22 years of practice under my belt, I set the attitude of the law firm for all of our attorneys and staff. We are all committed to treating our client matters as if it were our own matter. Our byword is to treat our clients with compassion and professionalism. We do.
I'm proud of our community outreach. We give back at least 10% of our profits to various charities and I host "Legally Speaking" each Saturday at Noon on AM 590 "The Answer." The show takes a light hearted approach to educating listeners about consumer issues such as loan modifications, bankruptcy, litigation and other legal issues. The show frequently has local professionals from real estate, law and the mortgage arena as guests.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife of 27 years and I are blessed with 5 children. Our oldest is in college and our second is on a mission for the church. We have 3 still at home. I volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and teach the adult Sunday School class at church. When I golf, I'm a bogey golfer at best.

Deceivers
This law firm will be falling apart, even their paralegal has left them. Do not fall prey!! Incompetency to its fullest!! Doesn’t know anything of what is going on! Pathetic and embarrassing! Paid him 40k for nothing. I am screwed because of him. He did nothing to defend me — all talk!

TOOK OUR MONEY AND NOTHING
hired this giu to do a living trust paid them 2800- and now no calls no emails no work done not a dam thing ill be filing complaints with the state bar and district attorneys office for theft . Little did i know this guy has had his license suspended for misconduct in the past
