Run far and run fast! These people are extremely unreliable. They have a call center that seems to be in a third world country. They'll give you the runaround every time and only take messages. When the attorney speaks to you, they'll try to prolong the conversation to get more money out of you. I wa...s originally represented by David Taub. They swapped him out for Grant MacArthur on less than 24-hour notice. Grant MacArthur showed up late in a wrinkled up suit and basically gave me 15 minutes to decide whether or not I wanted to take the opposing council's deal. There was really no work done. They took two retainers and resolved one issue that was already thrown out in criminal law. After they put me in the worst possible spot and I told them to pause, they then made up more reasons to get another bill in excess of the two retainers. Not to mention, they took weeks to sign the substitution of attorney and send over a file delaying work for my new attorney. I should have paid attention to the use of "Reel" over "Real" utilized in the firm's name. Thankfully I've gone with another attorney. I've now paid these people over 10,700 in order to it get rid of a salacious claim that was already thrown out in criminal law. I hope I can dig myself out of the hole that this firm put me in.
