Despite multiple follow-ups, there was a consistent failure to communicate clearly. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they had their VA reach out in an attempt to smooth things over. Not once was there an apology or acknowledgment of the lack of communication or failure to deliver services......until a refund was requested. At that point, they attempted to shift the blame onto me as the client. I would never consider hiring them again.

Take a look at top of this site on her page. Looks like she was disciplined and suspended from practicing due to issues in 2018? Obviously gotten her license back as I worked with her as my attorney recently. I've had a long and not good experience with Shannon and team. It feels like they bill for E...VERYTHING. I get you need to bill for your time, but she went way overboard in my opinion. EXAMPLE: Shannon called me, not a planned call. I was not able to pick up. She did not even leave a message. Then charged me for that.... I am not sure exact price but it was like $50 to make an unscheduled call, and leave a VM when I did not have a scheduled call... That is WAY overboard in my humble opinion. The attention to most of my emails and responses (when I got one) were abysmal, at best from my perspective. Literally no reply for weeks on simple questions. Then no apology, just excuses and snap backs. I feel ripped off and really wish I'd found someone else. Personally would never go back to work with her or this company again. I am strongly considering reporting her and the firm to the State Bar around my experience. Have a call today to discuss and she how she's going to handle all this then will update, but as of now, I could never recommend them to anyone.
