The law is my second profession.
Up until 2014, I worked as a classroom educator. While working as a teacher I decided to pursue a law degree with an eye towards working with families in ways outside of the classroom.
I accepted a partial scholarship to Western State University College of Law. By the end of my program, I graduated 3rd in my class and I received two witkin awards for top student. I received these top honors while working 60 hours a week as a classroom educator. At that time my school, Los Alamitos Elementary, had some of the biggest gains in standardized test scores and was recognized as a state ranked 10/10 school.
I passed the bar the first time and opted to go from the classroom to the courthouse by running my own legal business.
My skills in organizing, collaboration, communication, and documentation carry over well to the practice of law.
Along with the practice of law, I have several hobbies including (1) social dancing West Coast Swing, Salsa, and Argentine Tango, (2) practicing t'ai chi and other martial arts, and (3) hiking and rock climbing.
I live for challenges, personal growth, and creativity.

I seldom do reviews but this was a must. This attorney is beyond comparison! Having been married nearly twenty one years, I was not at all familiar with divorce. It was devastating when my then husband served me with a divorce petition without even mentioning that he was unhappy. Unemployed and i...

"I endorse this lawyer. She is among the most thorough and organized lawyers I know. She has taken on many pro bono cases for Legal Aid. She has been very professional and handled those cases as if they were her only case."
